All products sold by iDEALCAR Accessories come with the manufacturer's standard warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category — please ask our team for specific coverage details at the time of purchase.
Installations performed by our certified technicians are covered by a workmanship warranty. If an issue arises directly from the installation process, we will inspect and remedy the issue at no additional labor cost within the applicable warranty period.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Products installed or altered by third parties outside of iDEALCAR are not eligible for our installation warranty.
To file a warranty claim, please contact our team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our support staff will guide you through the inspection and resolution process.
